Learn Japanese vocabulary and basic expressions as well as Japanese food culture and table manners, while making sushi through the instruction of a professional chef of Sushi Chef Institute. No prior Japanese learning experience necessary!

Age: 18 years old & up

Fee: $40 per person

Menu & Ingredients: Nigiri sushi, Inari sushi, California roll, Spicy tuna volcano roll Nigiri sushi (Salmon or Maguro Tuna) Inari sushi (Fried tofu, Sesame, two types Tobiko, Kanpyo) California roll (Avocado, Imitation crab, Cucumber, Sesame, Seaweed, Mayonnaise) Volcano spicy tuna roll (Cucumber, Avocado, Minced tuna, Spicy sauce, Kaiware)
