11th Annual Los Angeles Tanabata Festival
More than 100 locally-created beautiful kazari (7-foot hanging decorations) and ten Award-winning kazari a(15-feet and 12-feet tall) from Sendai, Japan will be on display. Eat, shop, play games at the many vendor booths, and relax while enjoying Japanese entertainment throughout the day.

The Tanabata Festival displays are located in Little Tokyo at 1st Street and Central Avenue, in front of the Japanese American National Museum and Geffen/Museum of Contemporary Art.
Admission is free and reservations are not required.
