"Walk the Farm" to Help Rebuild Farms in Japan

  • Saturday, June 18, 2011
  • 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Tanaka Farms (Irvine, CA)

Saturday, June 18, 2011
Between 9am and 2pm (allow one hour to "Walk the Farm")

Tanaka Farms

5380 3/4 University Dr., Irvine, CA 92612

This is a fun one and one-half mile self guided walk around Tanaka's beautiful Farm in Irvine. Along the route there will be several sponsor tents providing samples of fresh locally grown produce. Although fun and educational in nature, this event has a much deeper meaning. Come out to enjoy a few hours on the farm and show your support and lend a helping hand to some of the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan.

100% of your $20 admission (donation) to "Walk the Farm" will benefit a select number of farmers in Japan to help them rebuild so that they may once again help feed their community.

Space is limited, reservation required.
Registration deadline: June 16, 2011
