Go For Broke: An Origin Story – L.A. Film Premiere

Join filmmaker and host Stacey Hayashi, as well as cast members and veterans at the premiere screening of Go For Broke: An Origin Story.  The 94-minute feature film outlines the events that effected and led up to the formation of the 100th Infantry Battalion and 442nd Regimental Combat Team, the most highly decorated unit in US military history for its size and time in combat.

The film has won several awards, including the WWII-Normandy Film Festival Outstanding Feature Film award and Audience Award (Boston), and has screened to sold out crowds in Hawaii, San Jose, CAAMFest in SF, the Boston Asian American Film Festival, Normandy, and on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
