Consul General Harry Horinouchi has received a new assignment and will soon be returning to Japan. A Farewell Tribute is planned in honor of Consul General Horinouchi and Madame Horinouchi to show appreciation for all that they have done for our community and to extend best wishes to the Consul General on his new assignment.
