A third generation Japanese American and a descendant of the Samurai Warrior, Lori Tsugawa Whaley is an inspirational speaker on a mission to teach individuals who want to make a difference in the world the Ancient Principles of the Samurai so that they can live their lives with courage, honor and integrity. She will be in Los Angeles to talk about her newly published book, The Courage of a Samurai.

The book brings together Lori's life work of helping others and her heartfelt journey to understanding her Japanese heritage. Full of relevant stories, ideas and principles, Lori sets out how we can dismantle the turmoils of our modern life and find gratifying solace by reconnecting with the moral doctrine of the samurai (bushido).
