The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), and the Port of Los Angeles invite you to participate in a trade mission to the Messe Nagoya Trade Fair in Nagoya, Japan.
This trade mission will introduce L.A. businesses to Japan's "Industrial Heartland." Participating businesses will have the chance to delve into fresh opportunities in Japan while networking and exploring new matchmaking possibilities in this key industrial area.
As one of the largest cross-industrial trade fairs in Japan, the Messe Nagoya Fair hosted more than 1,300 exhibitors and 65,000 visitors in 2014. Nagoya accounts for 2 percent of the world's total manufactured goods and 1.3 percent of the world Gross Domestic Product.
The Nagoya region has led Japan in manufactured products shipped for almost 30 years in a row. It is home to both large enterprise and small-to-medium sized businesses, covering industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, machine tools and fine ceramics.
