2020 Women on Boards is a national campaign dedicated to increasing the percentage of women on corporate boards to 20% by 2020. The campaign will redefine successful corporate governance, gender diversity standards, and creates a cultural imperative for corporate action.

On November 20, in cities across the U.S. and throughout the world, C-Suite and senior executives will discuss:

"What will it take for the U.S. to become a global leader in the advancement of women to company boards?"

• Will states or the federal government need to legislate change?
• Will a SEC or legislative ‘comply or explain’ directive work?
• Will women need to be more vocal and assertive on the issue?
• Will men need to embrace and become leaders in the diversity and inclusion movement?
• Will shareholder activists need to vote out all male boards?
