Despite the progress that we have made in the last few decades in the arena of employment protections and rights for different communities, there are still many populations who are not sufficiently protected by them. This symposium will focus on these gaps in protection, highlighting changes that need to be made in our current legal regime and changes that we can expect to see in the future. Panels will discuss the employment rights of LGBT workers, child workers, student interns, and low-wage female workers.
