The #MeToo movement initiated a long-overdue conversation on the issue of harassment and abuse in the workplace which has negatively impacted many women, their livelihoods, and their career paths. The movement has forged a community where women are empowered to raise their voices in ways they never have before, and inspired women around the world to speak up about issues of gender equality. We still have a long way to go for full equality in the workplace. However, many successful women say that NOW is the right time to assess your career path and take actions to optimize your potential for future growth. Personal branding is one of the most important tools women can use to develop power and influence, especially in this digital era. Now is the time to consider building your brand, curating your voice and using social media to amplify your brand.
Successful entrepreneurs and authors will provide tips on individual actions and strategies that women can use to maximize their power and influence through personal branding on and offline.
