Japan America Society of Southern California offers two major educational programs benefiting the next generation.
1. HITACHI Japanese Kite Workshops, which serve 1,200 children at Title I schools
2. Japan Bowl® of California, a Japanese language and culture competition for high school students who have chosen Japanese as their foreign language
