Musicians Institute and Relief International have partnered to restore music in the Tohoku region with the Jam for Japan Awareness Festival and Benefit Concert. 

Join the event to commemorate the one year anniversary of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami and to help raise funds to provide musical instruments and music education grants for schools and music programs in the region.

The Jam for Japan Awareness Festival will feature live music, art, food, taiko drums and more. Admission to this event is free.

Following the festival, a special Benefit Concert at the Musicians Institute Concert Hall, featuring performances from such artists as Elan Atias, Dave Wakeling (of the English Beat/General Public) will be presented.
